There is also an 8' x 10' heated Jacuzzi, barbecue, washer and dryer. The landscaping is lush including bananas, palms, hibiscus, orchids, brick walkways, and two (2) old wells. There are tables and chairs for outside dining, relaxing or reading.

The gated compound is located within easy walking or biking distance to everything in Old Town Key West, at the corner of Thomas and Angela Streets - two (2) blocks from the center of Duval Street. In addition to being very convenient to Duval St., the property is located two (2) blocks from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, the nicest beach and picnic area in Key West.
